Centuries ago our sages discovered that the health is dependent on the well being of the mind and the mind in turn can be controlled through the Practice of Yoga. Yoga practices work as a preventive measure for psychosomatic disorders and hence improves concentration and strengthens physical and mental status of a person ultimately increasing output of task. On the same principals Dr. S. P. Sardeshmukh has started Bharatiya Sanskriti Darshan Trust’s Yoga Centre. A special programme, consisting of Pranayama – Omkar Mantra – Yogasanas etc., along with course for healthy lifestyle has been designed, for stress management.
