In this last 30 years, my life has shown ups and downs, which I feel, is part of living. Also, health has not always been going well. For the last 18 years I am living a normal life. Initially for few years I took medicines regularly and followed wholesome diet. Now I follow the diet. Since last 3 to 4 years I have not felt the need to take medicines. Age related health issues do happen but I am able to be a part of many good occasions in life.
