Following ideal Behaviour guidelines health can be improved and maintained.

A. Beneficial Strolling Pattern (Pathya Vihara)

  • Meditation
  • 10 – 15 minute walk / yoga
  • ½ hour relaxation with music
  • 1 – 2 times a week – soft massage with sesame oil
  • Early to get up morning and early to sleep at night

B. Contraindicated Conduct (Apathyakar Vihara)

  • Day sleep
  • Remaining awake at late night
  • Hot sunshine
  • Exposure to air condition for long time
  • With holding natural urges (Vegadharana)
  • Excess worries, anger
