A. Beneficial Strolling Pattern (Pathya Vihara)
- Meditation
- 10 – 15 minute walk / yoga
- ½ hour relaxation with music
- 1 – 2 times a week – soft massage with sesame oil
- Early to get up morning and early to sleep at night
B. Contraindicated Conduct (Apathyakar Vihara)
- Day sleep
- Remaining awake at late night
- Hot sunshine
- Exposure to air condition for long time
- With holding natural urges (Vegadharana)
- Excess worries, anger
